What you will be doing:

Provide comprehensive support to the business operation in areas including but not limited to: Talent Acquisition, On-Boarding, Employment Branding, Career Pathing, Recognition, Metrics, Performance Management, and Brand Ambassadorship.

What you will need to bring:


  • Min 4-6 year's progressive experience in a HR Role within the hospitality business.
  • Can handle Crucial Conversations.
  • Have a knack for Talent Acquisition.
  • Gets to the right solution with Performance Management issues at a timely march.
  • Have Operational Business Acumen.
  • Isn't daunted at choosing and influencing the "Difficult Right" vs the "Easy Wrong".
  • Proven ability to self-manage, complete the must-haves, and be effective autonomously.
  • Have a passion and ability to drive Organizational Development.
  • Capable communicator in small & large groups.
  • Can work irregular hours (this is not a 9-5er).
  • Have an Undergrad in HR, Communications or Business Certificate on your wall.
  • Graceful under fire.
  • An unwavering sense of humor.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
