Provide online individual and/or family counseling to adolescents and/or adults in need of a variety of behavioral health supports
Develop individualized treatment plans based on the needs of the individual seeking supports
Share solution-focused principles that support personal growth and development
Complete clinical documentation on a regular basis as a way to demonstrate progress toward identified goals
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed for continuity of care
Other professional duties as assigned by supervisor

Responsibilities:
Provide direct individual or group counseling utilizing best practices via telehealth.
Complete assessments and determine appropriate level of care.
Interview consumers individually and/or in groups to assess their coping strategies, symptoms, their natural and institutional supports and their environmental situation to determine a proper course of treatment.
Design and update treatment plans with consumer participation.
Complete all appropriate and required records, therapy notes, reports, files, and forms for the client and the agency to reflect the progress and services provided to the client.
Use Electronic Client Records for data collection, assessments, and other designated purposes.
Engage consumers in treatment.
Promote wellness and recovery in those served.
Requirements:
Must possess a Master’s Degree in counseling, social work or related field.
Must hold a clinical license and be able to practice independently. Examples: LPC, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT
Must have knowledge of mental illness and various treatment methods.
Must understand and be able to use the DSM.
Must be able to conduct individual and/or group counseling compassionately using evidenced based practices.
Must be able to engage consumers while maintaining clear and appropriate boundaries.
Must be able to react safely and appropriately in varying situations by using training and knowledge to distinguish safe from unsafe situations.
Must be able to use various computer programs proficiently including but not limited to: Electronic Client Records, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.
