Job Summary
Essential Functions
Monitors processes and identifies process improvement and training for the broader organization. Drives efforts for organizational flexibility through process improvement objectives
Establishes and tracks metrics, using reporting tools to track production methods. Reviews turn time results, error ratios, and improvement opportunities in service and/or procedures
Works to improve expense management; works with management regarding financials, providing input and information
May be involved in compliance reviews, overseeing audits, identifying and implementing improvements
Drives problem-solving activities; makes informed decisions to ensure products are of high quality and low cost and meets turn time service level expectations. Develops innovative ways to improve service by reducing turn time, reducing costs and quality of products
Vendor Management leadership to strengthen relationships with current vendors and look for opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, tracking of requests, quality and communication
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
Successful track record designing, developing, and executing complex projects in area of functional expertise
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the Management level across functional groups and business units. Adeptness to influence the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, using influence and preventing damage to the relationships
Strong capacity to communicate the function's vision and the department's direction and set aligned goals. Provides resources and creates systems to measure results. Familiar with competitor, financial and industry dynamics

Typical Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typical Range of Experience
5-7 years of related work in financial services with direct experience in title
Demonstrated success establishing, leading and maintaining effective working relationships at the Middle Management level
Knowledge of NJ closings required, PA a plus
