Job Summary

First American's Vacation Ownership Services Division is looking for an Office Administrator. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, is well-organized and manages time wisely. The candidate will provide support to Division department's by assisting with customer service and administrative duties.

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Receive, process and scan mail documents to appropriate recipients.

  • File and store original recordables per retention guidelines.

  • Process returned mail according to division procedures.

  • Process outgoing mail according to division procedures.

  • Receive/Post checks and update files accordingly.

  • Perform end-of-day deposits.

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

  • Act as liaison between First American and building management to handle maintenance and other building-related requests.

  • Assist the Customer Service team by handling incoming call overflow during surge periods.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required

Experience: This is an entry-level position, but customer service, office/administrative, call center or industry-related real estate background is helpful.
