We are looking for team members who come to the table with a shared passion formaking food the world loves. As a part of our manufacturing group, you will be responsiblefor the safe operation and maintenance of various processing and packaging equipment throughout the facility.

Pay Rate:


  • $16.91 per hour

  • Shift differential

  • Additional $.50 per hour for hours worked on 2ndshift

  • Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked on 3rdshift

  • Opportunity for a raise to $18.16 after becoming fully trained on a skill

Schedule:


  • This is a flexible, part-time position. Set your own schedule!

  • Plant operationis24 hours a day, 7 days per week

  • Volunteer for the hours you want to work one week in advance. If the company needs you for that time, you will be put on the schedule.

  • Shifts may be requested in 4-, 8-, or 12-hour increments.

  • Part-time team members are required to work a minimum of 32 hours per month in to maintain employment.

  • 1stshift: 6:50 am to 3:20 pm

  • 2ndshift: 2:50 pm to 11:20 pm

  • 3rdshift: 10:50 pm to 7:20 pm

  • Part-time team members are not eligible for benefits.


Your seat at the tablewill include: (Main Responsibilities)


  • Followingall company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

  • Following standard operating procedures to operate various pieces of high speed and/orhigh-techprocess and packaging equipment

  • Troubleshooting problems with machinery and partnering with maintenance staff to resolve issues

  • Calibratingprocessing and packaging systems daily to meet required specifications

  • Participatingin startup,changeover,and shutdown of operating equipment

  • Performingchangeovers and End of Run cleans including disassembly and reassembly of necessary equipment

  • Responsibilityfor executing all required HACCP/Quality processes and documentation

  • Diagnosingand troubleshootingproblems in equipment operation

  • Performingpreventative and breakdown maintenance

  • Removingand replacingmotors, starters, belts, bearings,chains,and other manufacturing parts

  • Operatingforklift equipment safely to move materials andproductsthroughout the plant

  • Participatingin Continuous Improvement initiativestoincrease platform performance

  • Assistingin training new employees

  • Attendingmeetings andtrainingasrequired

  • Performingadditional related tasks as assigned

  • Leading and championing human and food safety

  • Your recipe for successmust include: (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must have the ongoing right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Effective written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills

  • Must be able to perform physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Must be able to lift, move, push, pull50lbs.as required by the position

  • Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing,pulling,and twisting over surfaces

  • Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms

  • Willing and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment

  • Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, a hair/beardnetand gloves,when required

  • Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental working conditions

  • Ability to work with allergens that might be present in a food environment

  • Willing to work around industrial high-speed moving machinery

  • Ability to work at a tobacco-free site, except for designated areas


Preferred Qualifications:


  • 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Demonstrated leadership ability
