Job Description:

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Provide Maximo support across the property. Provide support to property users for new added functionality or fixes to the system. Manage work assignments. Respond to all property end-user support questions in a timely manner. Provide other support as needed.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (May include, but is not limited to the following.

This position is part of the facilities and engineering team responsible for support of the maintenance management system. The position's primary responsibilities include supporting the business community on the new work management system (Maximo) and mobile application; and troubleshooting end-user issues and providing on-going end-user support.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Excellent disposition and ability to interact with a variety of personality types.


  • Clear oral communication skills and ability to translate requirements into clear and concise instructions.


  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.


  • Competency with Microsoft Office products including Excel and SharePoint.


Education: High School Diploma

Experience


  • Experience using iPhones


  • Some knowledge of facility operations and experience in the hotel/casino industry helpful.


  • Proficient with computers


TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in an office environment with occasional time spent with other end user departments

TYPICAL PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: (May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position). Requires constant sitting, finger manipulation, pinching and grasping; use of office equipment, such as computer terminal, keyboard, mouse, printer, photo copier, telephone, fax machine and shredding machine.
