GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Maintain proper accounts payable documentation to pay invoices in a timely manner.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
Ability to organize and maintain filing system. Ability to type 35 wpm. Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English. Skilled in English grammar and spelling. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Ability to perform basic math. Ability to operate a 10-key. Responsible for proper attire, nametag and ID badge.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education : High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 6 months payable and data entry experience. Software 2000 Accounts payable system. Stratten Warren Purchasing System. Knowledge of food and beverage operations and purveyors.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in an office cubicle. Work is performed in areas that may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit or illuminated. Contact with staff is necessary.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: (May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position). Position requires Team Member to enter & exit from the Team Member entrance which entails 4 flights of stairs (40 steps) . Requires constant sitting. Requires 15% mobility. Requires occasional bending, twisting, reaching and stooping from floor to 6ft., lifting, pulling, carrying, and pushing of boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. Requires frequent pushing and pulling of file cabinet drawers. Requires constant finger manipulation, pinching and grasping, use of office equipment, such as computer terminal, keyboard, mouse, 10 key, printer, photo copier, telephone, fax machine and shredding machine. Normal vision range is required. Requires the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
