Summary:


CNSI is currently looking for a Mid / Senior Level Java resource with a desire to learn Oracle SOA Development and join our growing team! Once trained as an Oracle SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) Developer, you will develop and implement moderate to complex components of an application or program, and maintain and modify applications, programs, or system software. You will be a member of the Managed Services - COTS team and will report directly to the COTS Manager. CNSI supports a high-volume healthcare data system that is accessed through multiple web portals.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Interpret specifications and develop/unit test interfaces using Oracle SOA.

  • Collaborate with other technical teams for successful integration of the interface.

  • Support System Integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Performance testing of interfaces and create test file(s) to support testing.

  • Support development, testing, and integration of SOAP and REST-based web services.

  • Develop and Request Data Change Requests (DCR), Structural Change Requests (SCR) required for interface development.

  • Create/ Debug SQL queries, Create/ Debug PL/SQL Packages, Procedures and Functions.

  • Provide Java and shell-based solutions to enhance existing Interface framework, or for custom Java-based solutions.

  • Create and maintain Integration related artifacts as needed by the project(s).

  • Update Integration Lead/ Manager to apprise them of all Interface related activities, issues, and risks.

  • Work with offshore team to successfully complete development activities.



Experience Skills Required:



  • 5+ years of work experience in software development and/or maintenance with Enterprise Java

  • Have good knowledge of working with XML, XSD, WSDL, and XQuery.

  • Have good knowledge of Relational databases (Oracle preferred with SQL and PL/SQL).

  • Have good knowledge of Webservice test tools, such as SOAPUI.

  • Have experience working on the Linux platform.

  • Have experience working with build tools, such as Maven or Hudson.

  • Have knowledge of Cloud-based platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Oracle Cloud and defect management system ex. JIRA, version control system ex. SVN.

  • Bachelor's degree required







  • Preferred Skills:




  • If you have experience with the Healthcare domain, it would be "a plus".

  • Knowledge of SharePoint applications, MS Teams, and Jira preferred
