ProRehab Physical Therapy is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist for our Prospect office. This individual must be motivated and a team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with people. Our practice is passionate about patient care, and we are looking for someone who is detailed, organized & reliable with previous front office experience.

Front Desk Medical Receptionist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Professionally answering phones, scheduling patients and directing patients as well as medical representatives, vendors and other business associates, to the appropriate location and services.
Performing routine clinical tasks and administrative duties in a timely manner to support clinical staff
Able to accurately register patients according to Company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed, understood and signed by patients.
Must be pro-active and comfortable working unsupervised at times.
Previous medical/dental front office, administrative, customer service, or front office experience is a definite must. History of working with insurance benefits, pre-authorization, and approval is preferred.
