Specific Responsibilities:

• Directly lead at least two teams of Salesforce developers; guide other development teams on how to best implement Salesforce solutions.


• Recommend how to optimize all Salesforce products across Enterprise, including their integration with other platforms.


• Build roadmaps; ensure best practices; and promote automation, scalable designs, and programmatic standards.


• Recommend appropriate technology solutions to clients


• Hands on software development and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree or transcripts demonstrating near completion is required.


• 8+yrs of software engineering experience is required.


• 5+yrs in working with SFDC


• Experience leading an agile software development teams is required.


• A successful track record in delivering software products for large-scale projects is required.


• Experience with architecting, developing, and launching applications that include web, mobile, API, and back-end connectivity is required.


• Experience with source code management using Git is required.


• Experience with Atlassian tools, especially JIRA, is required.


• Experience in programming Apex, SFDC declarative build, and/or Salesforce certifications is required.


• Experience in Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and tools migration for projects on various platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab, TravisCI, or others is required.


• A deep knowledge of object-oriented programming is preferred.


• Experience with GxP software development is helpful.


• Experience with HIPAA compliance in software development is helpful.


• Hands on experience in networking, databases, and cloud systems is preferred.


• Extensive knowledge in various scripting languages and system & server administration is preferred.


• Experience with architecting, integrating, and testing applications in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform environments, leveraging cloud services, is preferred.


• The ability to build, develop, and deploy containers to support client applications is preferred.
