Shift will be A or B Shift

The primary responsibilities of this position will be in the CNC, EDM and clean line. Prior experience in these areas is preferred.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

                        

Perform assigned Preventative Maintenance plans as required (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).  Record all work in GMS (Global Maintenance System).

Diagnose faulty equipment as required (including gas distribution, vacuum system and induction units) and repair safely and effectively.

Occasionally clean booster room, using vacuum.  Wear protective gear, including mask and hearing protection while in booster room.

Actively participate in personnel training required to improve individual performance.

Work shift rotation (first, second, third, fourth and fifth), staggered weekend shifts and a reasonable amount of overtime as required.

Follow approved standard operating procedure & safety procedures.

Serve as back up to Group Leader in organizing Preventative Maintenance work and reviewing overtime as needed.

Education/Experience Requirements

  

   

      

High School Diploma required, with the ability to read and write English. Prior experience in CNC, EDM and clean line areas is preferred.
