Role: Sr .Net Developer

Cognizant is looking for a Sr .Net Developer in developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Job Summary:

• 6 to 8 Year’s experience in .Net Framework, ASP.NET, VB, Angular JS, SQL server, Autosys Skillset with Good Technical hands-on skills


• Good understanding and ability to handle end to end Delivery from Requirement gathering, Design, system spec walkthroughs with Client/QA/UA stakeholders, Technical reviews, testing, QA/UA testing support and Production deployment planning and support


• Handle Incident/Problem tickets, Service request and all application maintenance support activities coordinating with offshore teams, operations, business users and Infrastructure teams. Good understanding of ITSM  process and Tool (like Service Now)


• Good client communication and coordination with IT and Business Stakeholders


• Experience in Estimating project work and capacity planning.


• Good onsite-Offshore Coordination, Task Assignment, Review and delivery to Customers

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Techincal Skills-  Net Framework, ASP.NET, VB, Angular JS, SQL server, Autosys

Technical Lead to lead the team for management of one or more application portfolios WITH the objective of timely restoration of services and fulfillment of business requests thereby meeting service level commitments and continuou service improvement  in the portfolio managed WITHIN THE LIMITS OF pre-defined corporate guidelines.. Stakeholder Management:

• Responsible for liaising between project teams across locations and the Customer
