Job Description:

An Administrative Support professional is crucial to the office's daily functions. Excelling in this position would require fast learning, a strong ability to problem solve in different circumstances and a keen tracking of improving current processes. Some other responsibilities may include: 


  • Perform auditing of accounts.

  • Answer incoming phone inquiries regarding customer accounts, including billing and invoice questions.

  • Enter customer information/job information into customer database.

  • Provide customers with information and assistance when required.

  • Compile information for department managers as needed.
