Job Description


Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Coordinator! This individual will provide assistance with and facilitate the HRBP team processes.


Some things you can expect to do are:



  • Create and route HR documents (promotion memos, payroll forms, intern extension memos, etc.) for full time employees as well as interns

  • Keep HRBP tracking spreadsheets up to date (Performance Improvement Plan tracker, termination tracker, etc.)

  • Administer FMLA claims, handling the FMLA leave administration process from the employee's initial notice of the need for leave to the return to work

  • Coordinate current employee background checks when requested

  • Track milestone anniversaries and execute anniversary and retirement recognition processes

  • Upload HR documents into personnel files

  • create DocuSign templates and share them with appropriate team members

  • Answer HR related questions from employees and managers

  • Schedules HRBP team, HR leadership team, and HR team meetings

  • Assist CHRO with credit card expense reporting and other HRBP special projects

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned in support of the HRBP team


To be successful in this role, you must have at least two years of experience in a corporate office environment with at least one year in human resources. A bachelor's degree is required.
