Responsibilities:


  • Provides a comprehensive intelligence data architecture, and information sharing, encompassing CONUS and/or OCONUS locations.

  • Provide bilateral and multilateral data integration and information sharing. Facilitate access, identification, discovery, integration and dissemination of relevant reporting within specified operations.

  • Understand and deconflict data requirements; continuously identify information sharing and architecture gaps

  • Research and identify potential solutions and recommended courses of action.  

  • Coordinate and schedule teleconferences; troubleshoot and deconflict connectivity issues.  

  • Attend meetings and working groups; provide meeting notes and after-action reports.   

  • Maximize access to information and tools; identify data sets and data sources; assist analyst identifying relevant message traffic and gaps.

  • Provide integration support to ensure authoritative databased are exchanges information within enterprise data management. 

  • Leverage data science framework to make recommendations and enhance ability to conduct analysis.

  • Assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.

    • Activities include, but are not limited to, building, and maintaining databases; execute intelligence master data management; data architecture; monitor intelligence; assists with administration and management of RFIs.



  • Travel to partner organizations; conduct site visits, audit architectures and information environments.  

  • Provide detail layout translation of intelligence architectures; understand and deconflict intelligence data requirements for rapid dissemination.

  • Provide updates as required and requested to meet deliverable schedules.

Minimum Qualifications: 


  • 4 years Demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.

  • Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.

  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.

  •  Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.

  • Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.

  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.

  • Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.

Consistent with Presidential Executive Order 14042, you must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID-19. The Executive Order generally requires that federal workers and federal contractor employees be fully vaccinated by January 4, 2022.

Required Experience:

10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years. Advanced Experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or a higher version.

*Active Top Secret/SCI with SSBI and the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph is required for consideration*

Desired Experience:

Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR Associates degree with 12 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.

Desired Education:

Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
