Description of specific Duties in a typical workday for this position:

The consultant will perform tasks including, but not limited to:

* Planning, designing, developing, and modifying business requirements and functional specifications.

* Coordinate, track and document training activities. Including producing and modifying user manuals.

* Provide administrative support for existing SalesForce applications.

* Gather requirements for enhancements for existing SalesForce applications.

* Create user test scripts and manage User Acceptance Testing.

* Track application defects and work with developers to fix per users' directions.

* Mentoring staff

Position Requirements:

* 7 years of experience planning, designing, developing, and modifying business requirements and functional specifications.

* 4 years of experience coordinating, tracking, and documenting training activities

* years of experience working on government projects.

* years of experience with administrating SalesForce CRM software applications.

* 2 years of experience creating user test scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing.

* 2 years of experience with HP Application Lifecycle Management (Quality Center)
