Job Description:

Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Oversee 24 x 7 intelligence dissemination center.  Activities include, but are not limited to, discovering, and accessing intelligence reporting across various mission networks;  Provide timely access of information by building, and maintaining databases; execute intelligence master data management; data architecture; monitor intelligence; assists with administration and management of RFIs; produces metrics; provides cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied / Partner systems. Track, analyze, and disseminate, metadata knowledge through security domains and message process systems. Produces metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions. Perform comprehensive review and analysis to meet operational requirements. Provide updates as required and requested to meet deliverable schedules.

    Minimum Qualifications:



    • 4 years Demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.




    • Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or crossdomain operations.




    • Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.




    • Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.




    • Demonstrated understanding of metadata.




    • Demonstrated ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks




    • Consistent with Presidential Executive Order 14042, you must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID-19. The Executive Order generally requires that federal workers and federal contractor employees be fully vaccinated by January 4, 2022



    Required Experience: 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years. Advanced Experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+

    *Active Top Secret/SCI with SSBI and the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph is required for consideration*

    Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

    Required Education: Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR Associates degree with 12 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.

    Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
