The Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Partner is responsible for implementing and maintaining recruiting tools and processes that help the recruiting team optimize their ability to be effective. The Senior TA Operations Partner will oversee end to end background verification, partner with teams internally for onboarding, monitor systems for compliance purposes, maintain reports, and oversee vendor management. The Senior TA Operations Partner will serve as a subject matter expert to our recruiters and a mentor to other TA Operations members. Additionally, the Senior TA Operations Partner will act as liaison to internal partners and take charge on internal projects. Lastly, this role will play an integral role in improving how TA better leverages solutions to create an excellent user experience for candidates, hiring managers and recruiters.
How you will make an impact:
Serves as a subject matter expert to Talent Acquisition Partners/Management, as well as a mentor to other Talent Acquisition Operations members
Documents and analyzes business processes, identifies, and implements process improvement opportunities in close partnership with TA Operations manager
Creates and modifies job aids, policies, and other resources as needed for TA group and hiring managers
Initiates and reviews background checks, overseeing the movement between vendors, candidates, and internal teams
Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves issues that emerge during background checks, onboarding, and employment files
Provides analytical support and takes charge/executes on data-driven projects
Researches, develops, and implements next generation technologies to support recruitment processes
Performs weekly reporting and audits as necessary and provides insights to assess OFCCP compliance adherence for recruitment related activities
Manages relevant vendor relationships and engagements, while tracking metrics and providing insights to assess ROI
Strategizes with TA Leaders on branding activities, market insights, recognition, contests, campus partnerships/fairs, conferences, and overall learning opportunities
Performs other duties as requested or assigned
What we look for:
4+ years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Candidates with proven experience will not be excluded from consideration
Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of personnel and communicate clearly in a professional manner, requiring strong
Working knowledge of HR practices and procedures
Knowledge of state and federal labor law
Working knowledge of recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems
Knowledge of HRIS systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly, deliver results under pressure, and maintain confidentiality
PC literacy required; MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
