If you are a detail-oriented person who wants to help people build their skills and get hands-on experience of what it takes to be a forward-thinking, technology driven HR team then this role is for you. We're looking for a remote Talent Development Intern to join our team! You will play a critical role in designing, creating and socializing processes, communication, and training materials to help us prepare for our brand-new Internal Career Development technology, Phenom! This internship will best help you prepare you for a role in Talent Development, Recruiting, or HR Operations.

Responsibilities:


  • Work with stakeholders, to draft recommendations on policies, practices, FAQ's, Best Practices etc related to Phenom Pilot (Including but not limited to: Eligibility, Access, Gig Evaluation, Performance Management Implications, etc )

  • Conduct a thorough inventory all existing Blue Cross and HR references to current Career technologies that will be made irrelevant through Phenom.

  • Update existing Leader & Associate roadshow presentation slides to include updated materials.

  • Refresh existing internal hiring leader training materials.

  • If time allows, Intern will support other internal mobility communication and training initiatives. Including but not limited to:

    • Conduct focus groups with associates and leaders on Phenom, compile themes to be used to inform Pilot expansion

    • Capture Success stories, quotes, and vignettes for use in internal marketing materials.




Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree with a graduation date of May 2022 or later. Preference for degree inHuman Resources, Labor Relations, Business with a HR concentration, or similar.

  • Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and other common MS Office applications

  • Project management experience highly preferred (Ex. Campus event/fundraiser planning experience, etc)

  • Experience managing/prioritizing competing responsibilities (Ex. Clubs, Internships, Leadership Roles, RA/Campus Jobs, Etc)

  • Prior internship, and office work experience a plus

  • Must not require sponsorship now or in the future (forms of CPT and OPT are restricted work authorization and are not eligible)
