JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary responsibilities include:

• Review customer accounts, provide resolutions to generalized questions


• Work in a call center environment to provide customer service


• Utilizing problem solving skills and analyze root cause of issues


• Work in several computer systems to update information, process requests, and review documentation

You must have:

• Prior customer service experience (retail, fast food, waitstaff, call center, reception, etc)


• Strong typing and data entry skills


• Ability to pass background check


• High school education (College education preferred!)

Additional qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Desire to learn and ability to take initiative


• Demonstrated leadership skills
