We are looking to hire a Service Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring the property, grounds, and equipment are safe, orderly, and visibly appealing.  The right person will be self-motivated, provide outstanding customer service, and takes immense pride in their work. The Service Manager must have an unparalleled passion for service, in order to display a commitment of excellence that interprets the Beztak vision and brand.

Key Functions

• Provide excellent customer service and high-quality repairs in a timely manner


• Responsible for continuous learning and development


• Prepares, reviews, and executes department budgets

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or related Vocational Training and/or equivalent work experience


• Flexible, innovative, and demonstrates the ability to lead and manage


• High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed


• HVAC knowledge and EPA certification preferred


• Have the availability to work a flexible schedule


• Previous hotel, commercial and/or apartment maintenance experience a plus


• Previous supervisory experience a plus


• Able to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and background check
