As a System Integrator. within PNC's Tempus Technologies organization, you will be based in either Columbus, OH or Auburn, IN.

The Integration Specialist's role is primarily responsible for the support of software integrations between Tempus Technologies and Tempus Technologies client's software. The role is responsible for analyzing, extracting, and formatting systems data in order to share that data between Tempus Technologies and the client’s system. In addition to the technical expertise, Integration Specialists are passionate about working closely with customers to build solutions that delight them and make them more efficient.

Responsibilities
• Analyzes designs and implements integration solutions to meet approved functional requirements and specifications
• Attend related project meetings to represent the integrated software partner perspective and to provide input into the expected impact of improvements and changes to various systems.
• Collaborate with the Customer relationship teams to prioritize software partner and customer UMDP, or proprietary XML and JSON file and API integration verification testing and associated implementation timelines.
• Work with other developers to help deliver current releases and sustained engineering builds to ensure requirements for design, performance, user scenarios are met along with quality code, adherence to coding standards and project metrics
• Participates and provides input on solution design discussions.
• Proactively looks for business process gaps and addresses them Work closely with PM and other upstream source system teams to address production issues.

Job Description


  • Participates in designing and developing integration schemes and creating links for multi-platform, multi-vendor business solutions.

  • Identifies technology related opportunities and integrates IT resources to fulfill project requirements.

  • Understands architectural standards, gathers project requirements and controls for platform and application integration.

  • Manages multiple suppliers and vendors, both internal and external, on the integration of diverse technologies.

  • Assists in developing project metrics on IT projects during the project planning phase, and after initiation.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
