This unique role will serve as a liaison with regional controllers, other stakeholders, and external auditors. You will provide operational support and accounting guidance for customer business agreements and much more.

Key Tasks:
Accounting Manager will assist in decision-making process by providing accounting guidance for transactions
Perform/document accounting research for transactions to determine US GAAP treatment as well as ensuring compliance with policies
Advise/interact with senior management on transactions, including preparation of quarterly deliverables
Lead quarterly pre-close meetings
As an Accounting Manager, you will prepare reporting deliverables to ensure compliance with SEC requirements
Identify efficiencies and drive solutions to enhance processes
REQUIREMENTS:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant
5+ years or recent public accounting firm or similar technical accounting experience in a large public company
Strong general accounting knowledge including US GAAP and proficient with researching accounting literature
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships worldwide
Process-minded change agent, with strong knowledge of Internal Controls and Sarbanes Oxley regulations, ability, and experience to assess and design effective operational and financial controls
