Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Developing our customer relationships to ensure that Burloak is recognized as a global leader of additive solution.
Maintain and foster key accounts across all industry segments
Key account retention plans
Pipeline generation:
Responsible for developing leads, lead maturation, and opportunity conversion
Develop pipeline process for high growth target customers
Gathers pipeline intel as well as discuss progress against previously targeted customers
Looks for opportunities for new products
Commercial Responsibilities:
Working with customers to review & assess opportunities for additive manufacturing.
Responding to RFI's, RFP's in a timely manner and ensuring that we submit well-structured proposals that demonstrate our competitive advantage.
Developing pricing models with Burloak team to evaluate opportunities and ensuring that our margins are understood and agreed with senior team.
Liaise closely with marketing, engineering, operations, etc. to establish and achieve aggressive growth targets in a global environment
Develop compelling business cases for identified opportunities, including market segmentation and product positioning
Build network and channels to gather market intelligence and utilize financial, internal marketing and industry data to recommend strategies and courses of action
Regularly benchmark and remain current on future trends and developments related to government standards, industry practices, legislation, guidelines, new technologies, and programs related to the Industry
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Business-related field
Experience working in Space, Aerospace and Defense market
Familiar with AS9100 and ITAR requirements
Proficient using CRM Tools to help achieve business results
Builds customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals.
Proven ability to translate customer need(s) into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions and negotiation skills.
Understands and influences a wide range of customer stakeholders while acting as industry expert to the customer.
Partners with key customer decision maker(s) to structure business strategy
Demonstrated experience in business case development
Demonstrated experience in gathering and drawing conclusions from business intelligence and market data
Experience in a B2B or manufacturing environment
Ability to develop cost/benefit analysis and provide forecasts
Strong strategic thinking and experience in developing and implementing revenue growth strategies
Can build strategic growth plans based on key customer insights and analytics
