We have a job opening for a full-time Marketing Coordinator, in any of our Concordance locations. The Marketing Coordinator, is to coordinate and track marketing/communication programs and materials that support and align with the goals and objectives of Concordance Healthcare Solutions.

What You Will Do:


  • Trade Show Coordination:


    • Maintain list of future and planned trade show events

    • Secure contracts, negotiates exhibit locations, processes invoices for payments

    • Work with Sales Leadership and Account Managers as needed to define and execute event objectives

    • Work with Digital Media Strategist to coordinate pre- and post-show social campaign

    • Coordinate the logistics around each event in an organized and efficient manner

    • Oversee show materials inventory and displays, booth accessories such as brochure holders, tablecloths, promotional giveaways, promotional signage, displays, etc.

    • Ensure processing of show leads in CRM system

    • Adhere to show/event budget

    • Prepares post-event ROI reports, including summary of expenses vs. budget, number of leads qualified and recommendations for level of participation in future



  • Project Tracking

  • Production Art

  • Editing/Proofreading

  • Coordinating requests of the Field Sales Reps (literature, supplies, etc.)

  • Managing orders and inventory for all marketing materials & supplies

  • Maintaining BRM account

  • Contribute Meeting committee member

  • Supporting all other Marketing projects and initiatives

  • Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need To Be Successful:


  • 2 - 5 years' experience in Marketing

  • Trade Show/Event Planning experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred or equivalent experience

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to think and communicate creatively and strategically

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and issue resolution

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Adobe Design Programs - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus

  • Inbound Marketing and Social Media experience a plus

  • Healthcare Industry experience a plus

  • Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening
