Job Description:

Vector Security is looking for a highly energetic, motivated individual with incredible organization and time-management skills. 


  • Assists the Branch Manager in the day to day operations of the branch office.

  • Oversees the branch HR needs including preparation of payroll, assistance in recruiting, and handling employees questions and issues.

  • Advises management in the correct procedures for disciplinary action, performance management and terminations.

  • Oversees branch accounting functions such as payables, receivables, billing, petty cash and preparation of accounting/financial reports.

  • Manages branch support staff - may perform hiring, discipline, terminations.

  • Liaison between Corporate HR and branch.

  • Supports office management staff.

  • Escalates human resources issues to HR Business Partner.

  • Active in branch safety meetings, training and initiatives.

  • Assists management in the recruiting process by requesting pre-employment background checks and facilitating drug testing.

  • Assists with the onboarding of new hires.

  • Responsible for payroll timesheets and commission calculations for the branch.

  • Handles escalated customer issues.

  • Creates monthly financial material.
