Job Description:

Hours - 2nd shift 2:30PM - 1:00AM Monday - Thursday


Key Responsibilities 


Daily work direction



  • Provides daily work direction for operations associates and specialists by training, supporting, and coaching. Reviews daily schedule and allocates resources accordingly.

Problem Solving



  • Utilize root cause analysis tool to identify the cause to an issue or event impacting the process.

  • Assists in the implementation of corrective action(s) to identified root cause and track the effectiveness of the corrective action.

Supports meeting department objectives and goals



  • Supports, tracks, and documents activities to meet department objectives/goals including quality standards and performance metrics related to Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost.

Training



  • Supports employee and ongoing training for associates

Education 



  • High school graduate or equivalent required

Experience 



  • Minimum of five years manufacturing/operations experience or Associates Degree with 2 years of experience

  • Experience working with medical product manufacturing and/or GMP manufacturing

Must be able to pass vision testing requirements (with or without corrective eyewear).
