What will I be doing?

If you are passionate about working with various hotel leaders across a wide territory, then this is the job for you. Our Manager, Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor will require extensive, diverse knowledge of hotel operations. In this opportunity, you will be working with some of the best Hilton Full Service properties. The QA Auditor will perform numerous QA audits and have responsibility for 100+ hotels in your territory.

You will travel daily to evaluate hotels and conduct inspections of the designated hotel. You will conduct a review of the audit with the General Manager of the property before leaving the hotel and generate reports with images of the inspection for analysis by numerous parties. The main duty is to protect the integrity of the brands inspected in terms of cleanliness, condition, guest safety, and brand standards.


  • Perform routine Quality Assurance evaluations.
  • Address inquiries and communications made internally, both verbally and in written communications.
  • Communicate with Quality Auditors, Area Managers in QA, Directors, Vice President of QA, Brand teams, Design and Construction, and Human Resources to answer inquiries about brand standard compliance, QA, brand protocol, procedures, and Improvement Plans.
  • Monitor expenses incurred from travel completed/scheduled, both based upon monthly and yearly goals.
  • Coordinate upcoming activities such as travel plans and hotel scheduling, ensuring downtime work is completed and submitted by established deadlines.
  • Participate in Consistency exercises.
  • Participate in activities outside of QA to gain a better knowledge of other departments.

What are we looking for?

We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:


  • Experience in managing various hotels at a time
  • Highly coordinated, independently working, doer, and motivated
  • Working knowledge/understanding of product replacement cycles, renovations, and physical upgrade
  • Knowledge/understanding of hotel operations, including front and back of the house operations, including F&B operations
  • Ability to analyze situations, diagnose problems/solutions, while upholding the integrity of the brand yet working with potential conflicts/issues with general managers, owners, and/or internal customers.
  • Excellent project management skills, allowing you to direct multiple projects at a time
  • Deep understanding of the hotel key performance measures with the ability to analyze and discuss at the owner/management company level
  • Collaborative skills to build and maintain a positive relationship with senior leaders

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of management experience
  • Three (3) years of experience as a General Manager, Executive Committee Member, or Director in a Full-Service Hotel
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Travel - 90%

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluency in a foreign language
  • Food Safety certification

For Colorado applicants only: The annual salary range for this role starts at $71,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package including medical and prescription drug coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, short-and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, and our travel discount. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
