Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Act as a second in command in Area Rental Department to ensure good customer service and quality maintenance on rental fleet and setup of service PM scheduling/orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


  • Communicate with customers and co-workers on quotes, contracts and delivery.

  • Setup and oversee a rental fleet maintenance program.

  • Process and inspect rental assets when returned by customer.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and equipment transfer reports.

  • Administer and enforce all rental policies and procedures.

  • Assist with training employees.

  • Backup for management.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and two to four years related experience required. Associates or Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.


  • Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.

  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

  • Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.

  • Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Computer Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior experience with JD Edwards software preferred.

Certificates & Licenses

Other Requirements

Prior experience in a rental environment is preferred.
