Summary:

Strive Physical Therapy is in search of a new clinic liaison in the Philadelphia area. The Clinic Liaison develops and maintains customer relationships primarily with physicians and the community at large and may also engage with employers and payers. The Clinic Liaison works closely with the Marketing Director and Clinic Directors to implement strategic marketing initiatives throughout the organization.

Clinic Liaison Job Responsibilities / Functions

• Physician Marketing and Relations


• Develop and improve relationships with targeted physicians and other clinical referral sources.


• Multiple cold stops per day.


• Maintain ongoing physician referral information.


• Digital Marketing with targeted physicians

 

Education: 

Bachelors degree in business or marketing, or clinical degree with sales/marketing experience.

Experience

2+ years’ experience in health-care marketing and sales preferred. 

Clinic Liaison Skills & Knowledge

• Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed. Great at relationship building and follow through. Outgoing personality is a must.


• Previous experience with health care sales is a must.  Current relationships with the primary care community is a plus.


• Excellent multi-tasker in a fast paced event management environment and self-motivated.


• Up to date on current trends in physician relationships and referral development.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and public speaking.


• Participates in marketing functions in the community as needed


• Works closely with the clinical operations leadership team to identify areas/clinics with most immediate need and determine appropriate response
