Position Summary:
The Neurodiagnostic Technologist II is a mid level technologist position, responsible for performing diagnostic EEG and long term epilepsy monitoring recordings, working under limited supervision of the department medical director. This position requires working at multiple MHS locations as assigned. Strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality patient care are essential for this position. Internal contacts are within the work group and may include staff of supporting departments. External contacts include physicians, nurses, patients, patient families and caregivers. The technologist must maintain required credential for the specific modality of practice:

CLTM registry eligible track for LTM

Minimum Requirements:
2 years of experience performing Neurodiagnostic procedures in an acute care setting

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
BLS certification
Graduate of ABRET approved Neurodiagnostic program, or Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university is desired
R. EEG T. certification by ABRET or RET Canadian registry
