Summary:
The role of the System Analyst is to assist in providing technical and operational support to projects and programs. This role involves working under direct supervision to provide support to troubleshoot, solve, and escalate system issues. This role is a member of the Managed Services team and reports directly to the System Analyst, Manager.

Own product portfolio features for Provider Enrollment and Claims Adjudication platform and has a deep understanding of current and future product capabilities and needs
Has an applicable domain knowledge of the CMS MITA Architecture
Gains a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fills product gaps
Encourages ideas for product innovation, improved user experience, and meets our corporate goals for growth and cost structures
Develops business cases for ideas that help prioritize roadmaps
Works with business development on market opportunities and market trends
Designs user personas that reflect how our product is used and drive user experience improvements
Collaborates on ideas that drive value and profitability and seeks opportunities to apply core claims engine capabilities into new revenue streams in state, federal, or commercial markets
Create buy-in for product vision internally and externally
Works with product managers, architecture, engineering, and release management to ensure product releases are delivered on time with quality
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Represent the company by visiting customers, working with operations and implementation teams to solicit feedback on company products and services
Experience/Preferred Skills Required:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with 15+ years relevant experience in project planning, delivery, and management
Experience in the government or commercial healthcare industry
Domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals
Experience with multiple enterprise software product developments and deployment projects
Strong understanding of role-relevant issues and trends
Regularly exercises independent judgment in solving complex and unusual technical, administrative, and managerial problems
Strong understanding of project management skills and ability to create and manage project plans
Ability to meet and enforce deadlines, conduct research into technology issues and products, and take initiative in the development and completion of projects
Demonstrates leadership skills and ability to work effectively with different teams and contributors both directly and in a matrix environment
Understanding of JIRA, SharePoint applications, Webex, Skype, etc. o Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio, with a working knowledge of the rest of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Conversant in technology architectures including Java, Oracle, Modern Front End Javascript frameworks, API (REST, SOAP), NoSQL, Microservices
