Pay Range: $80,000 - $92,000 annually, based on experience
Full Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 annually
Classification: Full-time, Exempt

Job Responsibilities:


  • Provides support to senior Relationship Bankers by coordinating loan processing, approvals and closings.

  • Responsible for the general administration and maintenance of the loan portfolio.

  • Monitors past due report, maturing loans, file exceptions, and covenants requirements.

  • Assist with loan closing documentation, client packets, loan renewals, and onboarding of clients.

  • Assists in identifying and securing new lending opportunities for existing clients.

  • May manage a book of business regarding less complex relationships.

  • Facilitates loan renewals and less complex lending requests.

  • Primarily responsible for maintenance of client relationships.

  • Maintain current knowledge of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures.

  • Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company's Intranet;

  • Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;

  • Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;

  • Complete all assigned training on time.

  • Embrace and adhere to First Western's Core Values

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or other related field is required

  • 3-5 years experience in lending, credit administration, and/or banking is required

  • NMLS upon Hire is required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills

  • Experience working with banking and credit software

  • Experience with CRM preferred

  • High initiative and follow-through

  • Ability to work independently and with a team

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Able to organization, prioritize and multi-task

  • Self-starter

  • Strong mathematical skills

  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts.
