TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Technical Sales Specialist in Atlanta, GA.
Be a part of a growth engine that is changing the elevator industry forever by leading the sales and business development of a fast-growing suite of software-based solutions that optimize elevator and escalator uptime, performance, and the occupant experience. From IoT of elevator data to content management inside and around elevators, this role is seeking someone to drive top line double digit growth and sales enablement.
Essential Functions
Accomplish the overall multi-million-dollar annual sales budget to drive growth of new products and services based on the latest data analytics, AI and related software solutions but partnering with sales reps and national account managers to close complex deals
Support the traditional sales teams in and around North America with technical and large deal sales support & strategy by providing technical expertise throughout the process
Be the "eyes and ears" of market and technology changes, provide VOC feedback based on sales & market interactions -seek opportunities to adapt product & business models quickly to meet customer and market trends in the property management & building technology spaces
Assist in the creation or revising of commercial operations process to enable both factory and field to deliver new sales channels, such as ecommerce.
Partner with the Technical Sales leader to help drive revenue, focusing on certain projects and solutions.
Who we are looking for
3-5 years' of work experience, preferably in a commercial sales position
Bachelor's degree in computer science
Sales or sales support
Self-starter
Clear communicator
Clear thinking: ability to identify customer pain-points quickly
Customer 'whiteboarding'
Effective listener
Process oriented

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Software sales experience, especially SaaS
Property manager and/or property development experience
