Purpose:

The position will support learning development programs and talent acquisition activities. As a key team member of the HR team, the position will become candidate facing to the potential associate. The position will interact with a wide swath of associates and leaders at the company. This position combines Systemic thinking and efficient operating style with understanding of recruiting process and development program needs.

Essential Responsibilities :


  • Support the operation of talent development programs, including Sales & Engineering Academy programs, and Engineering Co-op Program. Support planning, coordination, and monitoring for program owners and participants.
  • Support talent acquisition recruiting and onboarding activities including but not limited to early career programs (ASE, co-op, engineering, ODP, etc.), university recruiting and experienced hiring initiatives. Plan, register and organize team mates to achieve recruitment goals at university events. Participate in UR events including university events, hiring career fairs, and other outreach efforts.
  • Support the PARODOX recruiting system. Act as the system Administrator which includes operation, innovation cycles, problem management, training, and upgrades.
  • Assist in supporting the recruiting system (MySuccess). This includes Innovation cycles, testing, troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement. May involve assisting the plants and location in resolving problems.
  • Support operation of customer training events. Plan, promote and support the delivery of in-person, webinar and online training events and programs for Timken customers, including distributors, end-users, and original equipment builders. Create and manage promotional plans, enrollment, presenter preparation, training materials, facilities, logistics, invoices, and budgets.
  • Support the Recruiting and UR share point

  • Support and manage planning, registration and execution of recruiting events and activities
  • Working with administrative support ensure tactical activities including logistics, immigration/Visas, accommodations, travel planning, expense, and budgets are planned and completed

Minimum Qualifications :


  • Human Resources, Comm's, Business or Engineering degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience
