Job Description:

The 3rd Shift Production Support Supervisor is responsible for direction of daily production activities along with handling day-to-day Human Resource, Safety and Worker’s Compensation issues.  Additional responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.  Hours of work are Sunday through Thursday, 11 pm to 7 am with occasional overtime as needed to meet business demands.

Required Experience:

Rite-Hite makes top quality products and hires the most qualified employees to contribute to that. This position requires a minimum of an Associates Degree and 2- 5 years production management experience; a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or closely related field strongly desired; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Prior sewing experience strongly desired.
