Job Description:

Role- AVM Service Delivery Manager

Level- Associate Director 

Duration - Full time/ Permanent with Cognizant 

Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled AVM Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for Client’s Managed Services engagement

Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.

 
Responsibilities:

•    Managing a large team (>250 FTEs) with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.

•    Responsible for overall Contract Management (Amendments and multi-year renewals)

•    Smoothly deliver the Managed Services program as per the contractual obligations

•    Responsible for establishing and delivering managed value objectives & transformation to the customers, over and beyond the SLA obligations.

•    Responsible for Customer Relationship management (from Senior / Exec sponsors to line managers)

•    Manage the overall P&L for the Managed Services program and for the Practice.

•    Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.

•    Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

•    Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.

•    Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

•    Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

•    Apply change, risk and resource management


Required Skills/Qualifications:

•    Proven experience as a Service Delivery Director and ability to manage various horizontals

•    AVM experience / background is a must-have.

•    Proven experience managing the team of 250+ associates

•    Proven experience in Contract & Financial Management (P&L responsibilities)

•    Deep understanding of ESA management and financial operations.

•    Excellent Customer Relationship Management & proven track-record for CSAT/NPS improvement experience.

•    Proven experience in delivering Benefit/Value Management to clients

•    Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles

•    Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

•    Excellent communication skills. 

•    Excellent problem-solving ability

 
Preferred Skills/Qualification:

•    Preferred to have the ITIL certification
•    Minimum 5+ years in Life Sciences industry

•    Experience in Onsite/Offshore co-ordination

•    Experience of various work cultures across the globe

•    Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (esp in AGILE/DevOps)
