ePlus is looking for an enthusiastic, strategic, forward-thinking Technical Recruiter for our Staffing Services team focused on quality over quantity. This individual will be focused on finding Information Technology talent to fill temporary, temp to perm, and direct hire positions with our clients.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Recruiting and sourcing IT talent

  • Partner with the account management team to assist our clients

  • Continuously create and maintain candidate database for current and future hires

  • Analyze resumes to determine suitability of candidate for interviewing

  • Screen and interview candidates

  • Follow up on acceptance of offer to candidate

Job Knowledge/Skills:



  • Direct experience sourcing and recruiting IT candidates

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Considerable skill in interviewing techniques

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills


Exceptional communication and phone skills, strong organization skills, and a strong desire to succeed


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • 2-5+ years of previous recruitment experience preferably in an agency environment


Physical Requirements of the Position:


Ability of finger dexterity to be used primarily to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects or pinching fingers together. Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands and / or fingers. Speech ability must be at a level where one must convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly or quickly. Hearing ability must be at a level to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information. Visual ability must be average with ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery. Physical strength for sedentary work with sitting most of the time. Ability to travel by several means of transportation (car, plane, train) May have to exert or lift up to 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally.
