We are looking for a Director to lead our Talent Acquisition team who understands that the most important thing that will lead to breakthroughs in human biology, health, and disease is our people.

solutions that embody the same principles. You solve for inefficiencies and gaps which results in a

populations. You are energized by activating diverse networks and your team helps candidates
discover the rich and fulfilling experiences that Broad has to offer. You provide managers the tools
and resources to fairly and equitably assess candidates.

Your Impact:
* Lead, inspire, and develop the capabilities of the Broad community to transform how we
recruit talent at all levels
* Develop an innovative talent acquisition strategy that leverages data and scales our
practices to meet the evolving expectations of our community and talent pools
* Provide expert guidance, facilitation, and collaboration for hiring managers to recruit,
identify, select, and on-board highly skilled and diverse candidates. Translate inclusive
recruiting practices and research into action; innovate new ways to measure, expand and
scale
* Participate in strategic discussions with key internal and external partners to continue to
remain innovative and forward-looking with the overarching talent acquisition strategy
* Develop, inspire and mentor a team of 15 Broadies
* Cultivate an environment of learning and create individual pathways for growth for team
members
* Drive our recruitment technology transformation project resulting in an integrated platform
that provides a single source of truth for all relevant recruitment data


Qualifications:
* 12+ years of experience in Recruiting, 8+ years in a people management role
* Experience leading and scaling a distributed team
* Proven track record of launching creative campaigns to nurture a deep network of
underrepresented talent
* Track record for designing and delivering a scalable technology optimization strategy to
provide a seamless experience for all constituents
* Demonstrated experience of successfully collaborating across organizational boundaries to
drive recruitment solutions
* Crisp communication style with internal and external partners
* Ability to shift gears and demonstrate agile thinking
