Job Duties:
Maintains internal orders by assigning purchase orders for capital equipment in SAP.
Runs IDocs and relays the results to the Call Center.
Creates all asset shells and equipment shells in SAP.
Responsible for maintaining accurate information and updating equipment in SAP for master data.
Runs ad hoc reports for placement/volume analysis to include PCNA.
Trains MES/MEM on how to use SAP and Excel.
Responsible for running reports on parts, equipment, income, wages, and sales analysis.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or 2 years’ experience in SAP, systems management, data analysis, and data configuration.
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in data management using MS Access/Sequel, SAP or Oracle.
Previous experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
Must be detail oriented and have organizational skills and time management skills.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Team work or project leader skills are required.
Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
Physical Requirements:
Constantly (66%-100%) required to sit.
Occasionally (0%-33%) required to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds.
