Genesis Products is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and organized individual with upward potential to join our team as Inside Sales/Customer Service. The position does require consistently focused work, computer skills, the ability to learn custom software, and the ability to build relationships with new and existing customers. Individuals must demonstrate professional, positive attitudes, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Enter orders using internal ERP (Enterprise resource planning) System, communicate expected delivery date and communicate backorders


• Understand customer needs and requirements; field customer questions and concerns


• Support Outside Sales Reps by answering phone, fax, text, and e-mail inquiries


• Facilitate daily open order management to insure on-time delivery


• Communicate with various departments in order to troubleshoot, report, and track problems


• Review orders for accuracy and completion

Requirements

• Proven inside sales experience


• Strong email and phone presence


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Excellent listening skills


• Possess people skills, data entry skills and remain customer focused


• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively


• Efficient in Microsoft Office Programs; especially Word and Excel


• Experience in customer service preferred
