Roles/Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge in AWS Services, Informatica, Oracle & DB2(UDB SQL) skillsets.


• Knowledge on Splunk tool is an advantage.


• Requires good understanding and hand-on knowledge on ITIL Process, Incident management, request fulfilment, Problem management, Enhancements, Application   maintenance support with involvement in SDLC life cycle starting from requirements through deployment and post deployment support.


• Requires ability to coordinate directly with clients, other vendors and support stakeholders for handling day-to-day project responsibilities.


• Good knowledge in Autosys scheduler with very good hands on experience in troubleshooting batch failures.


• Requires good communication and coordination skills with Prudential leadership.


• Experience in coordinating multiple initiatives, prioritization and managing resources across different divisions.


• Ability to support and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to meet departmental and organizational goals.
