Bring your Star Power to our Five Star Rated Community at Otterbein Granville! This key position works 8:00 - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and occasionally on the weekends.
DESCRIPTION: Acts as the Accounts Payable Coordinator by maintaining and processing Accounts Payable for the organization. Acts as the primary point of contact to residents and visitors of Otterbein Granville. Greets and/or directs residents and visitors. Notifies staff of the arrival of visitors/appointments. Answers and directs incoming telephone calls providing information as necessary. Places outgoing calls and notifies staff as needed. Monitors the front entrance/exit to prevent resident wandering. Performs various duties to support administrative staff as time allows. Supports calendar/scheduling of public rooms for resident and staff use.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer 1-3 years of related work experience in an office setting. Professional and courteous demeanor, accompanied by strong organizational skills, is required. Must maintain confidentiality at all times. Must be sensitive to the needs of residents, employees, and visitors. Must enjoy working with older adults. Experience answering a multi-line telephone. Experience with MicroSoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint along with good oral and written communication skills. A strong sense of initiative and creativity is desired.
