A 400+ bed hospital is looking for an Emergency Room RN Manager to join their highly skilled team.

The Emergency Services Nurse Manager will work in an ER that offers 72 beds and the most high-trained staff of doctors and nurses. This ER Department is the only ED in Southern California that is approved for pediatric care. The Emergency RN Manager will see patients in the ER for Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiovascular Surgery, ENT, Neurosurgery, Trauma, Ophthalmology, and more.

The ER Manager will have responsibilities including:

• Planning, directing and controlling the nursing staff quality.


• Meeting Joint Commission Standard and Title 22 requirements.


• Maintaining Top performing areas of the ER.
