DaVita is hiring a Registered Nurse to serve dialysis patients in the Hurley Hospital system in which we offer dialysis services.

Dialysis experience is not required, we will train you! We welcome "New Graduate" RNs on this team.

What does a successful RN look like?

  Current and

  valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Pending NCLEX

  
  


• 
  

  At least 1 year of hands on nursing / externship experience - typically in a hands on, fast paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable assessing, troubleshooting and making sound recommendations in demanding situations

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to interact with our partner's onsite of the hospital system

  
  


• 
  

  Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience

  
  

What does this role look like?

• 
  

  Work 4 10hr shifts per week, alternating weekends

  
  


• 
  

  Shifts typically start around 7:00am, but this can fluctuate depending on hospital need

  
  


• 
  

  Usually shifts end 10 - 12hrs later, or when the last patient is safely off the dialysis machine

  
  


• 
  

  Take call 1 - 2x per week, not always active, time and a half pay

  
  


• 
  

  Paid Dialysis Training provided (hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week during training)

  
  


• 
  

  Full Time with extensive benefit package including health, vision, dental, PTO and 401k

***PLEASE NOTE***

Experienced Dialysis RNs: $10,000 ($5000 sign on and $5000 paid at 1 year). (Experienced will be defined as 2 years of in-center or 1 year of acutes; and at least 3 months of independent care in the last 1 year.)

Inexperienced RN/GN: $5,000 ($2500 sign on and $2500 paid at 1 year).
