There is an opportunity for a Respiratory Therapist in a rural town in Northern Central Washington. This critical access hospital has been serving its community for over 60 years. 

This critical access hospital is a 25 licensed hospital bed facility. With a newly expanded respiratory therapist and lab area, this medical center has added a state-of-the-art MRI. This hospital also has a newly added emergency department and is home to a level IV trauma center. This medical center offers numerous services for patient care such as; laboratory services, therapy, nutrition counseling, trauma, radiology services, respiratory therapy, surgical services, and obstetrics and gynecology. The respiratory therapist will be a part of a hospital that uses Meditech as its electronic medical records system. This Respiratory Therapist will be working at a hospital that has seven patients on average that stay in the hospital per day.

The Respiratory Therapist will care for all inpatient and outpatient patients to ensure that everyone is getting the utmost care. The Respiratory Therapist will have a Washington state CRTT or RRT certification. The Respiratory Therapist will help the Respiratory Therapist Manager with contributions to the hospital’s quality improvement program. The Respiratory Therapist will motivate and assist patients and their families with respiratory exercises and treatments.
