Job Description:

We recently opened a new Crumbl Franchise and looking for a results driven Assistant Store Manager to be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Crumbl managers are comfortable working in performance and target driven environments. They are champions of constructive change and enthusiastic about performance improvement. They support their teams energetically – primarily through training and planning to prepare for change. The manager needs to trust team members and shift leads to carry out their work. It is crucial for a manager to avoid joking, gossiping, and talking about other employees. As a manager, there is an expectation of being professional.

Responsibilities


  • Practicing effective communication is essential.

  • Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.

  • Maintaining knowledge and skills for baker and driver positions in order to fill in as necessary.

  • Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers.

  • Assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.

  • Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.

  • Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.

  • Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.

  • Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive.

  • Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies.

  • Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.

  • Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.

  • Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.

Anticipated Hours:  40-50 hours per week, with flexibility to work mornings, afternoons or evenings depending on business needs.

Bonus:  Signing Bonus of $2,000 and quarterly bonuses based on achievement of certain goals and metrics

Requirements


  • Previous experience managing others required.

  • High School Diploma, preferred.

  • Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Time and project management skills.

  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop practical solutions and strategies.

  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.




Salary: $37,500.00
