Kforce has a client in the Madison, WI area that is looking for a Controller US Operations. This is a family-owned manufacturing business that is looking for a team member that can be a hands-on leader. There is room for growth in department as the company grows.
Summary:
The Controller will manage and lead staff that is responsible for General ledger preparation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and monthly financial closing activities. The candidate reports to the CFO. They have 3 direct reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
5+ years of experience
Manufacturing and cost accounting experience
Global financial consolidation and reporting, multi-currency, and acquisitions
CPA preferred
