Warehouse Supervisor
Lemoore, California (Fresno Area)
Within our 1000-person flagship "Lemoore West" facility in Lemoore, CA, we are seeking a highly qualified WarehouseSupervisor to continue moving our organization to even larger levels of food safety and quality, and logistical efficiencies. Use your natural leadership ability daily to build, lead, mentor, develop, and grow highly functioning teams of up to 60 hourly individuals while reporting directly to the Senior Materials Supervisor.

Food safety is paramount at Leprino and our storage processes must be second to none – from monitoring freezer/cooler temperatures, shipping reports, maintaining inventory levels and accuracy, and even production scheduling – all will be measures of performance for you in this vital role.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Four years of warehousing experience of which at least two years are in a warehouse or materials management leadership role in the food, beverage, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
A deep understanding of computerized inventory principles, production management, transportation, OSHA regulations, and customer service needs.
The ability to perform shift work in a 24/7 operational plant (the milk never stops coming).
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
A Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Distribution including three years as a warehouse supervisor or materials manager in a dairy manufacturing facility (cheese, yogurt, cream, or milk).
