  • The Manufacturing Excellence Leader, as a member of the Manufacturing Americas Team, provides leadership to ensure a standardized approach across the region to achieve both short term and long-term financial goals.
  • Standard reporting across all plants, aligned with Henkel best practices.
  • Create and steer an effective budget management process at plant and regional level , loss Elimination mentality to generate savings.
  • Financial analysis and evaluation of the Strategic Plan's investment projects.
  • Lead and support a transparent and efficient KP annual process by partnering with global and regional teams.
  • Manage monthly and yearly financial forecasts for the Region in close alignment with the Plant Controllers and Global Finance.
  • Assisting in permanent process optimization in operating units, based on financials responsibilities.
  • Ensure all plants follow the standard for financial reporting, manage the report structure for financial performance in the region.
  • Coach and develop plant controllers to ensure a robust monthly budget management process.
  • Support the Strategic Plan progress by performing a thorough financial analysis of each project.


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant education and work experience
  • 7+ years of proven leadership experience in Finance, 5+ years of experience in FMCG with Manufacturing Operations in a plant environment
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, leadership and project management skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP)
  • English and Spanish fluency preferred
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
